Located on a limestone hill, the Wawel Royal Castle is Cracow's biggest attraction. In addition to the carefully restored Castle with its spacious courtyard, the hill also houses the impressive Cathedral. At the foot of Wawel Castle is the famous cave - the Dragon's Cave with a statue of the legendary Wawel Dragon awaiting visitors.
